Appointment Confirmation Policy

All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation email or message with appointment details. Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours or if you don’t show up, a cancellation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving on time ensures we can provide full attention to your appointment. If you are late, please inform us immediately. A 10-15 minute grace period may apply, but anything beyond that may result in rescheduling or an additional fee.

Remote and Mobile Notary Appointment Policy

Ensure all documents are ready before your remote or mobile notary appointment. For remote appointments, have a valid ID and a secure video platform ready. For mobile services, ensure the location is accessible, and you or your representative is present.
