As I was dealing with the shock of quarantine from Covid-19, I found myself feeling a level of anxiety I wasn’t used to. Part of the way I decided to deal with this was to do daily meditations.
One day I was meditating when this 5 step process came to me. I grabbed my notebook and wrote it down. I tried practicing these steps and found them to be very powerful and helpful. I tried moving the steps around and adding them but this model stayed true!
